Alcosssbre is situated amidst three national parks. That’s why Alcossebre has its own microclimate, resulting in consistently pleasant weather throughout the year. This makes Alcossebre an ideal destination to escape the grey winter skies and enjoy blue skies and outdoor activities during winter. The beach season is wonderfully long, stretching from May to the end of October.

By plane

There are two airports nearby. Castellón Airport is just a 20-minute drive away, while Valencia Airport is about an hour's drive. We recommend to rent a car because reaching the apartment by public transport takes time.

By Car

If you have a car, the apartment is conveniently accessible. Having a car is recommended for exploring the area, as public transportation options near the apartment are limited.

By Public Transport

For the adventurous traveler, it's possible to reach the apartment by train or bus. The nearest train station is Alcalà de Xivert, and you can use the local bus or ocal taxis to complete your journey:

Once in Alcossebre, you can rent a bike or enjoy walking to get around. The nearest supermarket is a 20-30 minute walk from the apartment.

There is a pathway directly in front of the building that leads straight to the beach. It's approximately 500 meters long, and it will take you directly to Cala Blanca.

The area is peaceful, offering stunning views of the sea and surrounded by nature. It's the perfect place to escape the overfull town center during the summer months. However, it's also conveniently located just a short drive away, approximately 5 minutes by car or a 30-minute walk, making it easy to access the lively atmosphere when desired.

In Alcossebre, the street market is held from June to October, on Tuesday afternoons from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. It is located on Camino l'Atall - Paseo Marítimo area, in the section from Blasco Ibáñez avenue to Palau road.

In the nearby town, Alcalà de Xivert, the weekly market is held throughout the year on Friday mornings from 9 am to 1 pm. In the Plaza Ricardo Cardona, Calle San Fernando and Calle del Peso

The nearby supermarkets are Spar and Consum.

Spar is a 3-minute drive away and easy to go to by feet. While Consum is a 6 to 8 minute drive and a bit farther to walk to. Please check Google for the current opening hours.

You'll find some cute boutiques and shops along the coast to the right and in the main street of the town centre a 5 min drive away. Following the coast to the right you will also find bars & restaurants. Most of them are located in the town centre streets and aside the boulevard.
